Here are some of the ways we use them
When housemates get locked out, it’s takes 2 minutes over the phone to let them back in, without leaving your house!
We can offer checkins at the weekend or 10pm. We do most of our checkins in person. However, sometimes people travelling from long distance and arriving late or at weekends so we’ll give them keysafe access and then arrange the checkin in person afterwards. This is great for us and great for our tenants
When trusted trades need to get in in emergency/urgent situations, you don’t need to be there to provide access
Our cleaners don’t need to walk around with 12 huge bunches of keys
We can access a property at any time in an emergency
We love key safes because they help us provide a better service to our housemates
And they help our business more efficiently
