Why we Started

As landlords ourselves, we started our business because we couldn't find the HMO management we wanted. We wanted HMO lettings specialists who understand that HMOs are High Maintenance Operations, who are honest, hard working, keep tenants happy, rooms fully let, properties well maintained and landlords and investors happy. 

We deliver guaranteed rent because we choose to deliver certainty to HMO landlords and investors in a challenging market.

Stephanie Taylor

Co-Founder

Stephanie is HMO Heaven's Marketing Angel and works with our investors, landlords and corporate clients. Stephanie's  a hot yoga enthusiast, fair weather cyclist and serious dachshund obsessive (even though she doesn't have one. Yet!) 

Nicky Taylor

Co-Founder

Nicky is our Spreadsheet Queen and all around Miss Fantastic, from overseeing our accounts to generating project plans and managing contractors and refurbishments. Nicky's our operations whizz.  Nicky is a fine dining aficionado and very partial to a caramelised scallop.

Luke

Assistant Property Manager

Luke looks after all our tenants and properties, ensuring we keep our tenants happy and our properties pristine. He's a keen footballer and plays for Watsville FC. If you haven't heard of them, they play at a similar level to Barca.

We are supported by a power team of cleaners and contractors who help us keep our properties in ship shape.
